    Repair / Replacement Policy: For a fee Surreal® Sunglasses (at our discretion) will repair or replace lenses, frames and other parts as needed and available.  Surreal® Sunglasses cannot repair scratched lenses. For more information contact our customer service center at info@surrealsunglasses.com.  All fees for repair or replacement depend on the model and damage to the product.

    • We encourage you to send your Surreal product by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex, UPS or USPS), as Surreal® Sunglasses is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Return labels are only provided for damage product, upon request. 
    • We will return your sunglasses using ground USPS service.
    • Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.  For non-delivery or further information, email us at info@surrealsunglasses.com.
    • We will do our best to reply within one (1) - two (2) business days (provided contact information has been included with your product)
